Patty started in the food business working for her mother who ran a catering business. Patty did it all from food preparation to setup to
serving. She went to work for Zanotto's as a Deli clerk, but it didn't take the family long to realize she was a great cook and before long she was in
the kitchen. She learned all the Zanotto's family recipes and created lots of meals and sauces still used today.
Fresh, homemade and no preservatives. That's the key, she believes. "If we can make it better ourselves from scratch we do. Even if we could buy
something cheaper than we could make it, if it doesn't pass the taste test it doesn't come in our kitchen."
Every time you bite into one of our freshly prepared products, Patty has placed
her seal of approval. Of course it's "Only the Best".
